Angela holds a degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from the Basque Culinary Center. Her experience includes internships in the kitchens of prestigious national and international Michelin-starred restaurants. After this, Angela oriented her career toward dining room management, serving as a hostess and head waiter.
Over time, she specialized in human resources management and is currently part of our team as a headhunter, providing a comprehensive and strategic perspective from the other side of the restaurant industry.

She currently works at MRM Solutions, our digitalization partner. We work closely together to offer customized solutions to hotels and restaurants.
Rather than using a needle and thread, we apply the best technological tools in the industry, adapting them to meet all our clients' needs. If you're unsure of what you need, we can also advise you on improving your productivity and bottom line.
